    Can anyone use your products?

    Aria Botanicals products are plant based which are super gentle on your skin. Kids (ages 5+) Teens, men and women. It’s a gender neutral skincare brand. 


    Do you use preservatives?

    Yes, we use plant-based preservatives. Any products that have a water content needs to have a preservative. The products that do not have a water  content we preserve it with antioxidant, Vitamin E. Our favorite preservatives are rosemary extract, citrus oils, green tea extract, elderberry oil. 


    Are your sales final? 

    Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t contact us and we will find a suitable solution for you. 


    Do you use perfumes?

    We use aromatherapy which is a blend of essential oils to accentuate the feel of the scent. 


    How long does processing takes? 

    Most of our products are made to order. The general processing time is 3-5 days after receiving the order. For pre-made products processing time is 1-3 days. 


    What to do if your order arrives damaged? 

    Please retain the original packaging/ box and product. Contact us for further assistance.
